All photos Byte Studios LTD deems dull, lame, rubbish, poor, abusive, stupid, total trash, not funny, or containing super ugly chicks, we reserve the right to shred and use as packing or hamster bedding to let our little critters defecate all over.
By submitting /sending Byte Studios LTD your photos and or videos, for consideration to byte.me, if you are bored or if you press the button buy accident on pressing of said button, you hereby acknowledge, you hereby grant to Byte Studios LTD a non-exclusive on-going, worldwide license to edit, recreate, show to the world, rerun, reproduce, use, syndicate, license, print, distribute and otherwise exploit the materials you submit, or any portion thereof, as incorporated in any of Byte Studios LTDs programming or the promotion thereof, in any manner and in any medium or forum, whether now known or hereafter devised, without making payment to you or any third party. You represent and warrant to Byte Studios LTD that you have the full legal right, power and authority to grant to Byte Studios LTD the license provided for herein, that you own or control the complete exhibition and other rights to the materials you submitted for the purposes contemplated in this license and that neither the materials nor the exercise of the rights granted herein shall infringe upon or violate the right of privacy or right of publicity of, or constitute a libel or slander against, or violate any common law or any other right of, any person or entity. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Byte Studios LTD, its parent and affiliated companies, its and their licensees, successors and assigns, and each of its and their officers, agents and employees from all liabilities or losses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to Byte Studios LTDs exercise of the rights granted herein.
Anyone submitting photos to byte.me also agrees to get their grandmother to dance in the street screaming www.byte.me as loud as they can for an hour a week for the rest of their life. Should there life last less than 30 days after submission you must assume the shouting role for eternity. If you have no voice/mouth or tongue then general jumping and arm waving will suffice but must be done whilst holding a byte.me sign.
